Low-E Glass Production Line, Coating System For Single Silver Glass
The YLGCP3625 single silver Low-E glass coating production line adopts the technique of vacuum magnetron sputter deposition and is able to mass produce the various kinds of coating glass.
The coating system is the core element of the coating line, and it ionizes the plasma that sputtering the target and coating the glass by the cooperative work of power, vacuum environment, and technology gas.

Description:
The material is adopted the high quality of low carbon steel. And also the chamber is the place of horizontal which is divided into the chamber and cover plate. The upper section owns the horizontal of reinforcing rib in order to defense the deformation damage of chamber when it makes the vacuum supply. The upper cover of flange owns double O type sealing ring, and compress the below chamber depends on the self-weight and atmospheric pressure that it will be implementing the effect of vacuum sealing. The below section of the chamber is placed on the workshop ground by the leg and shim plate. The side of the chamber owns the view window, and also the interior is equipped with the low-voltage lighting system in order to view the inside situation of the chamber during the process of production&debugging. Each chamber is very closely connected by the front&back flange and double O type sealing ring.
