PVB Assembly Line

Specifications:

Description:

The PVB Assembly Line is used for automotive glass combining with PVB.

• The whole line transmission actions must be consistent.
• In order to contact with the curved glass washing machine, It must adopts the concave side downward transport, the height of the supporting area is enough to keep a distance with the glass, to avoid contact with the glass surface.
• The whole line with rust preventive treatment, to prevent pollution of the PVB assembly room.
• All the transfer parts connected with the glass shall be smooth that cannot scratch the glass.
• In order to convenience of the process the combination and ring the silicon, the lift is used for both processing.
• With a glass turning sensor for the operators, to manual moving the glass.

Applications:

The PVB Assembly Line  is mainly used for automotive glass combining with PVB, or laminated safety glass.
